1. Reservations and Bookings 🏨

• Bookings for any casino events or rooms are contingent upon availability.

• At check-in, a legitimate government-issued ID and credit card are needed.

• The cancellation policies of each type of booking differ. Terms should be reviewed when making a reservation.

2. Payments

• Major credit/debit cards and safe online payment methods are accepted.

• Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are in USD.

• Any applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the guests.

3. Cancellations & Absences

• For regular reservations, cancellations must be made 24 to 48 hours in advance.

• Promotional/Non-refundable Rates: No adjustments or refunds are permitted.

• Absent: Failure to check in without prior notice will result in a full charge.

4. Use of Casinos

• To enter the casino and play, you must be at least 18 years old.

• For the purpose of verifying age, a valid government ID may be necessary.

• If guests behave badly or are intoxicated, Viretta Innor has the right to deny them entry or eject them.
